SHIPPING

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday.  Our office is closed on weekends and holidays.
• Items usually ship within 2-3 business days.  Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

OUR GUARANTEE & REPAIRS

• I stand behind my jewelry and products 100%.  Any defective or damaged (during packaging or shipping) merchandise will be fully refunded.  Kindly return the product within 30 days and we will reimburse the price of shipping.
• Merchandise returned in new condition (original packaging) within 30 days will be fully refunded.
• Damaged jewelry will be examined for defect. There is no charge for repairing defective items.
• Items that have broken due to excessive force, accident, normal wear and tear or any mistreatment will be charged accordingly. Repair fees begin at $10.00.

JEWELRY CARE

• Wearing jewelry during strenuous activity is not recommended.
• Jewelry cleaning machines and chemical products are not recommended for beaded jewlery except for sterling silver parts.  Spot clean only.  Clean beaded parts with a damp cloth using water only.
• Keep jewelry away from soap, cleaning products, hair sprays and body lotions.
• Metals may oxidize over time.  To delay this process, store jewelry in a cool, dry place and in an airtight bag or container.
